Information, not advice

Everything on this site — maps, tables, articles, verdicts, calculators — is general information derived from public transaction records and our own analysis. It is not financial, legal, or investment advice, and it does not account for your personal circumstances. Property decisions should be made with your own due diligence and, where appropriate, professional advice specific to your situation.

Accuracy

We compute our figures from primary records (such as URA caveat data and data.gov.sg datasets) and state our methodology and data cut-off dates in each piece. We work hard to be accurate, but records are amended, markets move, and models simplify — so all content is provided “as is”, without warranty. Where we reference projects or listings, POV Realty is not the marketing agent unless expressly stated.

Intellectual property

The analysis, text, tables, illustrations and design of this site belong to POV Realty. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution; wholesale republication requires our permission. Third-party sources cited in articles belong to their respective owners.

Liability
