Who we are. POV Realty is a property advisory team within Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (Estate Agent Licence L3008899K), led by Farhan Adenan (CEA Registration R068636D). This policy covers pov.sg and its POV Weekly editorial section.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (for example, to receive POV Weekly on WhatsApp or to request an analysis), we collect the name and WhatsApp number you provide, together with the page you submitted it from. Browsing the site does not require an account, and we do not collect payment information.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, to send the content you asked for (such as the weekly issue), and to follow up on property matters you raised. If you arrived through a POV associate’s link, your enquiry is routed to that associate. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it outside the POV Realty team and its service providers except where required to serve your request or by law.

Storage and protection

Contact details are stored in our customer-relationship system with access limited to the POV Realty team. We keep them for as long as needed to serve you or as required by law and CEA record-keeping obligations.

Your choices (PDPA)

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to access, correct, or stop using your personal data. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us to opt out of further messages, or contact us via the “Get in touch” link on any page to make a data request. We will act on withdrawal requests within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses local storage for functional preferences (for example, remembering that you dismissed a sign-up prompt or which associate’s link you used). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
